Medical evaluation for patients interested in medical evaluation, which only includes initial evaluation. Additional dose adjustments or refill visits will be charged separately at $40 per visit. The visit only focuses on medical marijuana and is not intended to be a complete medical evaluation. No prescription for other medical conditions is granted and may require a regular medical visit with the related cost.
